 Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure 
for Property Owners and Managers


On our upcoming Lunch and Learn we will tour the existing charging infrastructure at La Jolla Commons and hear from Hines property manager, Alina Talbott, on plans for expansion. Power Your Drive's Lianna Rios will provide an overview of available incentive programs, and Erin Farmer from SemaConnect will provide step-by-step guidance on getting your property EV ready.


Speakers and Presentations:

Lianna Rios is EV Customer Solutions Manager for Power Your Drive, SDG&E’s electric vehicle charging station program.  She manages the customer intake process, sales and account management.  Lianna has been with SDG&E for 18 years.  She has her BS in Business Administration from CSU, Fresno.  She is an EV enthusiast, enjoys bike rides with her boys and spending time in her succulent garden. 

Lianna’s presentation will provide an overview of Power Your Drive, SDG&E’s electric vehicle charging station program, installing 3,500 EV charging stations in apartments, condos and businesses across SDG&E’s service territory.  Additionally, her presentation qualifies for LEED education credits through USGBC.


Alina Talbott is a Property Manager for Hines at La Jolla Commons. She started her career with Hines 12 years ago at Petco Park on the Facilities Management side and has transitioned in to Class A Property Management over the past 3 years. Part of her role at La Jolla Commons is overseeing the parking garage operations, where she is witnessing the increased demand for EV charging stations first hand.

Alina will provide a tour and overview of the existing EV charging stations at La Jolla Commons and discuss plans for expanding the program.


Erin Farmer is Channel Manager for SemaConnect, the leading provider of electric vehicle amenities to the North American commercial and residential property market. Erin has been servicing the commercial real estate community in San Diego for over 6 years after relocating from Tampa, FL. She has her BA in Marketing from Lenoir Rhyne University in North Carolina. Erin enjoys running at the beach and exploring her local neighborhood in Little Italy. 

Erin's presentation will provide education on the EV industry, SemaConnect specific product and solution details and step-by-step guidance on getting your property EVready. Additionally, her presentation qualifies for LEED education credits through the USGBC.
